Nächtliche Hirnreinigung und Kopfschmerz
In unserem Körper laufen ständig Stoffwechselvorgänge ab. Die meisten davon passieren ohne unser Zutun, viele bemerken wir überhaupt nicht. Wir atmen, verdauen, denken, halten den Kreislauf am Laufen. All dies ist Arbeit, die der Körper für uns leistet. Dabei fallen Abfallstoffe an oder Rückstände aus vielerlei chemischen Reaktionen. Damit diese „Überbleibsel“ aus den Aktivitäten der Zellen und Organe nicht zu einer Belastung für den Körper werden, müssen sie abtransportiert und entsorgt werden.
